Refund policy

Due to the nature of our sales where 100% of the profits from all Common Moon purchases are sent directly to our parent nonprofit organization (Project Break The Cycle), all sales are final. 

Exchange/Refund Process 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, received products must be either incorrect or damaged. In the event of receiving incorrect or damaged product(s), please email support@commonmoon.org to start the process of an exchange or refund. Provide your order number, an image of the issue, and a brief description describing the situation.

Exchanges

Once the exchange request is approved, we will issue a refund for the appropriate product(s), and you will be able to purchase your requested products directly from our website

Refunds

Once the refund request is approved, you will be automatically refunded for the appropriate product(s) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
